We have been working consistently with Hadlow Edwards Paraplanners for around a year now. We have our own internal Paraplanners but use them for overflow or particularly complex cases. I am impressed with the high standard of service provided by them, their responsiveness and communication, in particular from Tom who we mainly work with. The team demonstrates impressive technical knowledge (with a particular mention to Preeyen who’s knowledge is second to none) and has been invaluable to us, particularly when navigating challenging or highly specialised cases. There have even been instances where my Paraplanners have written the cases, and these have been reviewed by the team at HE and feedback given before a case is submitted to Business Assurance.
We particularly value their thorough approach, professionalism, and commitment to delivering accurate results and suitable first-time cases. They have allowed us to continue with our current way of working and as long as all information is provided for them to complete the case, they are not prescriptive with how this is presented meaning we haven’t had to massively change our internal processes and that of our cases can be outsourced as and when needed.
